Shipping and Returns
Our current processing time is 5-7 business days for most items. For t-shirts and sweatshirts, please allow 7 business days for items to ship.
T-shirts, sweatshirts, and mugs will ship separately from other items ordered.
We offer free shipping on purchases over $75 for all domestic orders. Orders are sent via USPS and typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
Please note due to the pandemic many shipping carriers are experiencing delays and delivering packages past estimated delivery dates.
All international orders are shipped via USPS with additional shipping options available at checkout. International orders typically take 3 weeks to 2 months to be delivered depending on customer's location and customs.
Please note some countries may charge tariff or import duties on international orders that are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer. Delightful Dapple is not responsible for any costs or issues that occur at customs.
Exchange & Return Policy
Delightful Dapple gladly accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered items.
In order to return an item, you must contact Delightful Dapple within 14 days of receiving the item and the item must be returned within 21 days after it was delivered. If 21 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning an item for an exchange or return. Shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded due to an exchange or return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
